ON THE MAP.

Moderation policy

Short, lawful and yours to publish.

Every listing is reviewed by a person and nothing appears on the map until it is approved. These rules apply to the display name, emoji, message, logo and destination link.

Welcome on the map

  • Your own name, family name or a respectful dedication.
  • A registered business or organisation you are authorised to represent.
  • A short greeting, celebration, in-joke or non-commercial personal message. Gently mocking yourself for buying a hexagon is encouraged.
  • A website or social profile that accurately belongs to the named person or business.

Not accepted

  • Illegal content or content that encourages unlawful activity.
  • Threats, harassment, hate, abuse, sexual content or graphic violence.
  • Defamation, unverified accusations or content targeting a private person.
  • Impersonation, fraud, misleading claims, scams, malware or deceptive links.
  • Political campaigning, sectarian provocation or content likely to create public disorder.
  • National flags (including flag emoji), official emblems, government marks or anything suggesting official endorsement.
  • Claims of sovereignty, ownership or control over real places, such as presenting a hexagon as land you own or territory you rule.
  • Names, logos, images or trademarks you do not have permission to use.
  • Personal identifiers such as CPR numbers, passport details, home addresses or private phone numbers.
  • Regulated, age-restricted or prohibited products and services unless lawful and specifically approved.
  • Content designed mainly to manipulate search results, including keyword stuffing or repeated listings.

Links and businesses

Links must use HTTP or HTTPS and lead to the destination represented by the listing. We may reject URL shorteners, redirects we cannot verify, unfinished sites or pages with materially different content.

For a business listing, we may request a commercial registration number and proof that the submitter is authorised. Verification only confirms the information checked at that time.

Editing and removal

We may make minor formatting or safety edits with your approval, ask for a replacement, reject a submission, or remove content that later breaks these rules or the law. We may act without advance notice where urgent removal is reasonably necessary.

To report a listing, email info@wisdigi.com with its hexagon code (for example BH-000123), the reason and any supporting information. We review reports rather than automatically removing content because someone objects to it.

Platform judgment

These examples cannot cover every case. We apply the rules consistently and may decline content that creates a material legal, safety or reputational risk even when it is not listed word for word above. A rejected submission is refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days.
