What you receive
- A unique hexagon code and a public page on map.digi.bh.
- Your approved display name and optional short message on the map.
- An optional website or social link, marked as user-submitted content.
- A downloadable share card, so everyone can see exactly how little you got for your money.
The fee is one-time. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Pricing
Every hexagon is the same size and every hexagon costs the same. There are just two prices:
- Personal – 2 BHD for a name, dedication or message from an individual.
- Business – 250 BHD when the name, logo or link promotes a company, brand, product or organisation.
The price that applies is shown on the hexagon's page before you submit and again at checkout, and is charged up front. Any applicable tax will be stated before you pay.
Submitting the form holds the hexagon for 30 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time, the hold lapses and the hexagon is free again. Paying does not guarantee publication: your order is accepted only when we approve the content.
Review, payment and publication
Payment is taken by Tap through secure checkout at pay.digi.bh, by card, BenefitPay or Apple Pay. Once you have paid, your submission goes to a person for review, usually within a day. We may ask you to correct a name, message or link. We do not publish content that breaks the Content Rules.
If we turn a submission down, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds are processed by hand and issued within 14 days; your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show it.
We normally publish an approved listing within two Bahrain business days. If we cannot fulfil an accepted, paid order, we will refund it.
How long it stays online
We intend each approved page to remain online for the life of the On the Map project. This is not a promise of perpetual hosting. Our minimum service commitment is 12 months from publication, subject to the Terms and removal of unlawful or prohibited content. If we permanently discontinue the project during that first year, the Refund Policy explains the pro-rata remedy.
Business listings
Choose Business when the name, logo or link promotes an organisation; business listings may also show a logo on the hexagon's page. We may ask for evidence that you are authorised to represent the organisation. A "CR verified" label means we checked supplied registration information at review time; it is not a recommendation, warranty or ongoing regulatory certification.
